Aqar Landscape LLC is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our growth in the commercial and high-end residential contracting market. If you have a proven track record in the landscape, hardscape, or construction industries and excel at building profitable client relationships, we want to hear from you!

Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales: Identify, pursue, and secure new, large-scale commercial, HOA, and high-end residential contracts for landscape installation, maintenance, and hardscape construction.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including property managers, developers, general contractors, and architects.
  • Proposal Management: Collaborate with the estimating and design teams to create winning proposals, bids, and presentations, and negotiate contract terms to close deals.
  • Pipeline Management: Utilize the CRM system ([Name of CRM, e.g., Salesforce]) to track all sales activities, pipeline status, and accurately forecast revenue.
  • Market Strategy: Conduct research to stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities for expansion.

Required Qualifications

  • 8 to 10 years of successful sales or business development experience specifically within the landscaping, hardscaping, or related contracting/construction industry.
  • UAE Experience is must.
  • Strong understanding of the landscape project lifecycle
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • MBA in Sales and Marketing
