About Us:
Jewellery Bride Arabia is the only dedicated jewellery exhibition at Dubai World Trade Centre, a world-class platform for luxury jewellery brands and designers. As we expand, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive who can consistently deliver revenue growth by bringing in new exhibitors, high-value sponsors, and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for both exhibitor participation and sponsorship packages.
• Proactively research and identify new leads across the jewellery, luxury, bridal, and fashion industries (both regional and international).
• Develop tailored proposals and pitches that highlight ROI and value for potential exhibitors and sponsors.
• Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation, to negotiation, closing, and post-sale relationship management.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with past exhibitors to ensure loyalty and repeat participation.
• Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with exhibitor acquisition goals.
• Regularly track and report sales performance, pipeline, and market intelligence to management.
• Represent Jewellery Bride Arabia at networking events, luxury fairs, and B2B meetings to generate business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales for exhibitions, luxury brands, or jewellery/retail sectors.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding high-value sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with C-level executives and brand decision-makers.
• Established network in the GCC luxury or jewellery industry (preferred).
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Arabic required).
