We are looking for a strategic and growth-focused Business Development Manager to lead our marketing operations while contributing actively to client acquisition and business expansion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, social media, and branding, along with hands-on experience in generating new business opportunities and building client relationships. This role requires a proactive leader capable of driving brand visibility, improving market reach, and supporting revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, digital presence, and customer engagement.
- Lead social media initiatives across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to drive community growth and audience interaction.
- Oversee content creation including posts, videos, infographics, and campaign creatives tailored to target personas.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality messaging, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Supervise SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO enhancements, and performance monitoring using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Provide direction to the design team for developing engaging marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency across all collateral.
- Analyze marketing metrics, generate performance reports, and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution and strong ROI across all campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and modern marketing best practices.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with company growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and strategic stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to strengthen lead generation, nurturing, and conversion activities.
- Conduct competitive and market research to support strategic decision-making and uncover new value propositions.
- Represent the company in professional networks, industry events, and client-facing engagements to promote brand visibility.
- Support proposal development, client presentations, and communication during the pre-sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing with exposure to business development or client-facing roles.
- Demonstrated success in digital marketing, SEO, social media management, email campaigns, and creative direction.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple marketing channels.
- Strong command of digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Hootsuite.
