Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our IT solutions, software, and services. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the UAE and GCC.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
• Present, promote, and sell IT solutions including cloud services, M365, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of proven experience in B2B IT Sales (preferably in UAE/GCC).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Odoo, Salesforce, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to confidently engage and pitch to C-level executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Manager: 4 years (Preferred)
