About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and lead growth initiatives in the construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new project opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing contracts that align with our company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new construction projects in public and private sectors.

Develop tender strategies and coordinate with estimation/procurement teams.

Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.

Monitor market trends in infrastructure, hospitality, healthcare, and high-rise developments.

Negotiate contracts and payment terms while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Represent the company at industry exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in business development within the construction industry.

Proven track record of winning tenders and securing large-scale projects.

Strong knowledge of Saudi market pricing, regulations, and procurement processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
