As we continue to expand our U.S. operations, we are strengthening our India team to support national growth and provider network expansion.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with strong expertise in the U.S. healthcare sector. This role is responsible for driving growth by identifying qualified leads, converting them into memberships, onboarding healthcare providers, and executing marketing strategies that increase revenue.

You will own the full sales and marketing funnel—from lead acquisition to conversion—and work closely with senior leadership.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with U.S.-based healthcare providers (physicians, clinics, specialists, telehealth groups, etc.).
  • Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking to drive B2B partnerships.
  • Develop customized proposals, sales presentations, and partnership materials.
  • Manage CRM pipelines, track progress, and provide regular reports on performance.

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Develop and implement inbound and outbound lead-generation strategies targeting both:
  • Consumers/patients for membership plans.
  • Healthcare providers for network expansion.
  • Optimize the full sales funnel to improve conversion rates, follow-ups, and engagement.
  • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, cost per acquisition, ROI, and lead quality.

Provider Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard primary care providers, specialists, and telehealth partners.
  • Negotiate agreements, coordinate credentialing, and maintain ongoing provider relationships.

Marketing & Growth Strategy

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to support:
  • Membership growth
  • Provider recruitment
  • Retention and upsell opportunities (monthly vs annual, individual vs family plans)
  • Utilize digital tools such as SEO/SEM, paid ads, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Work closely with clinical and operations teams to refine messaging based on member/provider feedback.

Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build and manage a small sales/marketing team as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to scale growth initiatives.
  • Prepare regular performance dashboards for senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within U.S. healthcare (provider networks, membership or subscription models, direct primary care, concierge medicine, etc.).
  • Proven track record in lead generation and conversion for membership or subscription-based healthcare services.
  • Experience selling to and onboarding healthcare providers.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage CRMs, forecast sales, set targets, and deliver results.
  • Understanding of U.S. healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to marketing and provider engagement.
