1.⁠ ⁠New Business Acquisition

Identify and generate new business from the assigned territory.

Conduct market research to understand demand, pricing trends, and competitor activities.

Develop strategies to enter new markets and expand product reach.

2.⁠ ⁠Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Handle client queries, support needs, and negotiate contracts.

3.⁠ ⁠Sales & Revenue Growth

Prepare and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

Monitor sales performance and propose improvement plans.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead conversion.

4.⁠ ⁠Vendor & Supplier Coordination

Coordinate with suppliers for product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Develop partnerships with new suppliers for competitive advantage.

5.⁠ ⁠Proposal & Quotation Management

Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

Ensure pricing strategies align with company profit goals.

Negotiate terms, final deals, and close contracts.

6.⁠ ⁠Market Analysis & Reporting

Track market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.

Provide weekly/monthly reports to management on business updates and sales performance.

Recommend improvements in product, pricing, and marketing strategies.

7.⁠ ⁠Marketing & Promotion Support

Assist in planning marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows.

Promote company products through networking, digital platforms, and industry connections.

8.⁠ ⁠Internal Coordination

Work closely with operations, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order processing.

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance for trading activities.

Align execution teams with client requirements and timelines.

9.⁠ ⁠Contract & Compliance Management

Ensure agreements are compliant with company policies and legal standards.

Follow up on payment collections, credit terms, and delivery schedules.

10.⁠ ⁠Customer Service & Problem Resolution

Address customer complaints, delays, or product issues.

Provide timely solutions to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,569.27 - ₹25,000.00 per month
