What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop and support business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct detailed market, competitor, and customer research using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends, evaluate opportunities, and guide decision-making.
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships that improve user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
  • Lead BD projects end-to-end with clear objectives, timelines, KPIs, and impact measurement.
  • Monitor project performance and risks using data-driven reports; proactively address issues.
  • Manage partnership contracts and performance, ensuring long-term value and continuous improvement.


You’ll Be Great For This Role If:

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, strategy, consulting, or partnerships (preferably in tech, e-commerce, or marketplaces)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration preferred)
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
