Job Description:

Position Overview:

Our marketing agency is seeking a motivated and experienced LinkedIn Specialist to join our BD team. As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying leads, negotiating and closing deals, and managing relationships with clients over LinkedIn. This is a full-time hybrid job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, cold calling, and outreach for affiliate collaboration.
  • Manage LinkedIn profile, increase connections, engage senior leaders (Director and C Level) in meaningful conversation.
  • Organize meetings with leads and provide a demo or proposal as appropriate
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide additional information as needed.
  • Negotiate and close deals that result in profitable engagements for the agency.
  • Manage relationships with clients throughout the engagement to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional work.
  • Work an 8-hour shift with flexible hours.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, with a track record of driving successful lead generation campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of lead generation techniques, lead management systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present and articulate ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
