Job Description:
1. Industry Experience
-
7–10 years of proven experience in the Facilities Management (FM) sector.
-
Strong background in both Hard Services (MEP, HVAC, electrical, maintenance) and Soft Services (cleaning, landscaping, pest control, security, catering).

Hands-on exposure to FM contract models such as T&M, lump sum, and performance-based contracts.

Solid understanding of FM operations, tendering, and proposals within the Saudi market, including Saudization requirements, local regulations, and cost impacts related to manpower.
2. Sales & Business Development
-
Proven track record in achieving annual sales targets in FM or related services.

Experience in B2B sales and developing long-term relationships with government, semi-government, and private sectors.

Ability to create sales strategies, generate leads, manage pipelines, and negotiate high-value FM contracts.

Strong skills in solution selling, client needs analysis, and developing technical-commercial proposals.
3. Commercial & Strategic Acumen

Strong commercial awareness with knowledge of cost estimation, pricing strategies, and P&L.

Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, HR, and Procurement teams to prepare competitive bids.

Understanding of market dynamics, competition, and emerging FM trends, with experience using sales dashboards and tendering tools.
4. Behavioral & Educational Requirements

High initiative, persistence, and result orientation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural clients.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) or Business Administration.

Professional certifications (IFMA, MEFMA, BICSc, etc.) are a plus.

Fluency in both Arabic and English.
