About the Role
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. This role will focus on generating new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth through staffing and recruitment services. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, confident in client interactions, and well-versed with staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify, generate, and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with HR and Procurement decision-makers.
· Present and pitch staffing solutions tailored to client needs.
· Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely candidate delivery.
· Negotiate business terms including contracts, pricing, and agreements.
· Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly business targets.
· Maintain an updated sales pipeline, track client interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups using CRM tools.
· Stay updated with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
· Participate in recruitment drives, client meetings, and business events as required.
Key Skills & Competencies
· Proven experience in business development / sales in staffing, recruitment, or HR services.
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to overcome objections, close deals, and build long-term client partnerships.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
· Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and market trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
