Job Summary:

Secure and develop business leads with customers across the UAE. Utilize negotiation and communication skills to build a strategic, robust client base for the business and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extend Reach Food Group’s activity in Bahrain by managing a portfolio of existing client accounts and developing the market to bring on further client accounts.
  • Seek out and contact new sales leads.
  • Proactively secure sales orders.
  • Undertake all customer onboarding and account opening procedures.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision makers across the market.
  • Negotiate profitable pricing with customers.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and forecasts.
  • Undertake regular in-depth product training.
  • Work closely with Operations and Accounts teams to ensure seamless customer journey.
  • Nurture relationships between the Operations team and customers to ensure easy administration of orders.
  • Maintain regular face to face contact with all customers.
  • Develop accounts to increase ‘basket’ orders.
  • Support credit control functions where necessary
  • Proactively identify new opportunities for business growth and coordinate their action.
  • Work with the wider Reach Food Group business development team to secure synergies between markets.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Reach Food Group
