Job Summary:
Secure and develop business leads with customers across the UAE. Utilize negotiation and communication skills to build a strategic, robust client base for the business and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extend Reach Food Group’s activity in Bahrain by managing a portfolio of existing client accounts and developing the market to bring on further client accounts.
- Seek out and contact new sales leads.
- Proactively secure sales orders.
- Undertake all customer onboarding and account opening procedures.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision makers across the market.
- Negotiate profitable pricing with customers.
- Keep abreast of market trends and forecasts.
- Undertake regular in-depth product training.
- Work closely with Operations and Accounts teams to ensure seamless customer journey.
- Nurture relationships between the Operations team and customers to ensure easy administration of orders.
- Maintain regular face to face contact with all customers.
- Develop accounts to increase ‘basket’ orders.
- Support credit control functions where necessary
- Proactively identify new opportunities for business growth and coordinate their action.
- Work with the wider Reach Food Group business development team to secure synergies between markets.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Reach Food Group
