Role Overview

As the Business Development Manager, you will drive revenue and market reach for Solarclue . This high-impact role involves sourcing new B2B clients (corporates, educational institutions, real estate, manufacturing, hospitality), forging strategic partnerships, and expanding channel sales, all while coordinating with marketing and operations to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and engage new B2B segments: SMEs, corporates, institutions, consultants.
  • Pitch tailored solutions—fire safety packages, regulatory compliance support, SLAs.
  • Attend trade shows, network events, and client visits to generate leads.
  • Build relationships with fire safety consultants, contractors, distributors, and resellers.
  • Design and onboard channel programs, co-branded campaigns, and safety workshops.
  • Set and achieve quarterly sales targets
  • Manage leads using CRM, track follow-ups, quotes, and closures.
  • Key Requirements
  • Experience: 1–3 years in B2B business development—preferably in safety equipment, industrial goods, e-commerce, or related sectors.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong analytical and strategic mindset.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales channels.
  • Traits: Self-driven, independent, capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments.
  • Base Salary package : Starting 3.5-6LPA
