We need someone to Drive new revenue, expand client relationships, and position the firm as a leading provider of Audit, Advisory, Tax, and ICV consulting services. The role focuses on generating high-value opportunities, building partnerships, and converting qualified leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Audit, Advisory, Tax, and ICV services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and government-linked entities.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and pitch materials tailored to client needs.
- Work closely with Partners and Directors to align business targets with service capabilities.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to shape sales strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → meetings → proposals → closing.
- Attend networking events, industry forums, and client meetings to expand reach.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and conversion rates.
- Support marketing efforts by providing insights for campaigns, content, and events.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in business development, ideally within Audit, Advisory, Tax, or professional services.
- Strong understanding of financial consulting services and regulatory environments.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and converting corporate clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with senior-level executives.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple high-value opportunities.
Preferred:
- Experience in Qatar, or GCC markets.
- Existing network in finance, government, or corporate sectors.
