Department: Direct Sales Force (Agency)
Reports to: Branch Manager
Purpose
To expand and manage a strong agency network of life insurance advisors, driving sales growth and ensuring sustainable business contribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train & develop life insurance advisors/agents
- Drive insurance sales through agency network to achieve targets
- Monitor & support agents with joint field calls and regular guidance
- Build strong relationships with advisors for long-term retention
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI/regulatory norms and company policies
- Conduct product & process training for agency force
Must Haves
- Good knowledge in equity & financial products
- 1–5 years’ experience in sales / agency development / financial services
- Strong people management & networking skills
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
