Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and securing new business opportunities within upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil & gas market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed market research to track industry trends, project pipelines, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams for successful project execution.
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company’s strategic growth.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and business pipelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales within the oil & gas sector.
• Strong understanding of industry operations, products, and services.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop strong client networks and long-term partnerships.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and industry-related platforms.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
