Job responsibility:

1. Manage and cultivate relationship with key Account CCTV Customers (mainly SI, Big Installers and final clients)

2. Management of local SI sales team

3. Complete annual sales target and evaluation of gross profit margin

4. Support customers relationship during pre and post sales phases with key account team.

5. Uncover and monitor the progress of opportunities through to commit and win stages.

6. Provide first line contact to customers during their design phase including system integration, big installers.

7. Gather and synthesize customer inputs to impact new product development.

8. Increase the market share in existing customer through more projects.

9. Build high level relationships within relevant customers in key departments.

10. Provide a strategy for each key account to achieve the revenue goal and build the strategic corporate relationship.


Job qualification:

1. Minimum 3 years working experience in Security&CCTV market

2. Familiarity with the project market, Need Solid network with System Integrators (SIs) and established presence within the end user network, experience in sales driven position in CCTV industry is a plus.

3. Should have Strong selling skills, ability to listen and tailor make presentations to meet customer needs and also to manage the team work

Persistent and pro-active

4. Responsible and able to drive the business independently

5. Ability to effectively motivate team and drive sales in a time sensitive environment

6. Competitive to achieve his targets and efficient

7. Strong public speaking skills, multi-tasking and time management skills

8. Good English level is a must.
