We are looking for a dynamic Business Developer to expand our international and local client portfolio and drive overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities1. International & Local Projects Acquisition
- Identify, generate, and close international leads for:
- Website Development (WordPress, Shopify, Laravel, .Net, Python-based custom solutions)
- Mobile App Development (iOS, Android, Hybrid)
- SEO Services (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
- Ecommerce Solutions (Shopify Stores, WooCommerce, Custom Ecommerce)
- Software & App Development Projects
- Customer Support BPO Services (Chat, Voice, Email Support)
- Digital Marketing Services
- Use platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Bark, Freelancer, Clutch, and other B2B platforms to bring high-quality projects.
- Build long-term client relationships through continuous communication, excellent follow-ups, and professional engagement.
- Prepare well-structured proposals, quotations, project briefs, and service presentations.
2. Local Market Client Acquisition
- Acquire local clients for:
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Paid Ad Campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
- Content Strategy & Creative Shoots
- PR & Digital Campaigns
- Ecommerce Store Setup & Management
- Customer Support Outsourcing Services
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service pitches to convert prospects into long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and technical teams to craft tailored solutions based on client requirements.
Core Duties
- Identify new business opportunities and develop growth strategies for revenue expansion.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM for leads, pipelines, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Represent the company confidently in client meetings, online calls, events, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, finalize deals, and ensure maximum closing ratio.
- Coordinate efficiently with the development, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve lead quality and service positioning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development or Sales in IT, Software, Digital Marketing, or BPO industry.
- Strong understanding of:
- Web & App Development Processes
- Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, PPC)
- Ecommerce Systems (Shopify/WooCommerce)
- Customer Support Outsourcing Models
- Excellent communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently through freelancing platforms and social channels.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven personality with a target-oriented mindset.
