Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand MNK Digital’s customer portfolio. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth through AV, LED, and digital display solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, government, banking, education, and retail sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Present MNK Digital’s display and AV solutions to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution of awarded projects.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the AV and digital display industry.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and project documentation as required.
  • Attend industry exhibitions, expos, networking events, and client meetings across major cities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience in Business Development or Corporate Sales (experience in AV/LED/SMD/digital signage industry is a major plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and provide solutions to clients.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and project coordination.

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
