Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Manager to help expand our global footprint. This role focuses on acquiring new partners, IBs, affiliates, and high-value clients, while supporting them to grow their business.

You will identify opportunities in key markets, build strategic relationships, and provide end-to-end support to partners. The ideal candidate combines strong sales hunting skills with deep knowledge of the trading industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Acquisition

· Aggressively identify and pursue BD/sales opportunities, with a focus on creating and converting pipelines through persistent outreach, relationship building, and strategic engagement.

· Identify, approach, and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and corporate partners.

· Develop innovative strategies to attract high-value clients and expand the partner network.

· Conduct market research to identify new target segments and opportunities.

· Lead full-cycle sales motions—from cold approach to negotiation to closing, with a focus on high-revenue, high-impact clients.

Relationship Management

· Maintain long-term, productive relationships with partners to ensure mutual growth.

· Assist partners with onboarding, platform setup, marketing materials, and ongoing support.

· Provide continuous communication regarding promotions, product updates, and market insights.

Sales Execution

· Meet monthly sales targets for new business, deposits, and active clients.

· Evaluate and activate new revenue opportunities.

· Represent Startrader in industry events, conferences, and online seminars.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, compliance, operations) to support partner needs.

Monitoring & Reporting

· Track partner performance, trading volumes, and revenue generation.

· Prepare regular reports for management and recommend improvements.

· Ensure activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements and Skills:

· Experience in forex/CFD brokerage, IB/Affiliate sales, or financial services business development.

· 8-10 years of experience.

· Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or clients in the trading industry (advantage).

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Strong sales hunting personality with the ability to close deals.

· Good understanding of trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and market fundamentals.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

· Ability to travel for business meetings or events (if required).
