Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire sales cycle—from cold outreach to closing the deal
Conduct outbound calls and personalized email outreach to generate leads
Present, demo, and sell Microsoft software products (e.g., Microsoft 365, OfficeHome and Business, Servers) to B2B clients
Build relationships withdecision-makers including IT managers, operationsheads, and procurement teams
Handle objections and customize pitches to meet specific client needs.
Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools and follow up on leadsefficiently.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound B2B sales (software sales preferred)
Proven experience managing the full sales cycle independently
Familiarity with Microsoft products or cloud-basedsoftware solutionsStrong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline
Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Prior experience selling Microsoft software or working with a Microsoft partner
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other prospecting tools
Background in SaaS or IT solution selling
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
