About the Role

Were looking for a highly experienced and proactive Business Developer who can bring in clients through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven track record in winning IT/software projects
• Strong experience on Upwork/Fiverr + lead generation tools
• Excellent English communication & proposal writing
• Ability to build processes from scratch
• Skilled in using AI tools, CRM, and outreach systems

Required Qualifications

• Generate qualified leads
• Prepare proposals, CVs & portfolios
• Set up client calls and close deals
• Manage freelance platforms & outbound channels
