Job Overview:


Stonefort is looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager with a strong understanding of CFDs (Contracts for Difference) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong client book, experience in financial markets, a proven track record and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships .


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads and convert them into active trading clients.
  • Achieve set KPIs and targets; set out on monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Promote CFD trading products and services to retail and institutional clients.
  • Be actively aligned with current market trends to attract potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and traders.
  • Active client base and a strong market connection is an added plus
  • Work internally with relevant departments in order provide best onboarding experience.
  • Stay aligned with the risks and benefits of CFD trading to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the marketing and trading teams to align sales strategies with market trends.
  • Ensure client retention through excellent customer service and relationship management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and competitor offerings.

Key Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in CFD trading, forex, or financial markets equivalents.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of trading platforms, margin trading, leverage, and risk management.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with all regulations and financial market compliance is a plus.
  • Hands on experience in using CRM systems, trading platforms (CRM,MT4,MT5), and lead management tools.
