Job Overview:
Stonefort is looking for a highly skilled
Business Development Manager
with a strong understanding of
CFDs (Contracts for Difference)
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong client book, experience in financial markets,
a proven track record and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and convert them into active trading clients.

Achieve set KPIs and targets; set out on monthly and quarterly basis.

Promote CFD trading products and services to retail and institutional clients.

Be actively aligned with current market trends to attract potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and traders.

Active client base and a strong market connection is an added plus

Work internally with relevant departments in order provide best onboarding experience.

Stay aligned with the risks and benefits of CFD trading to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Work closely with the marketing and trading teams to align sales strategies with market trends.

Ensure client retention through excellent customer service and relationship management.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and competitor offerings.
Key Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in CFD trading, forex, or financial markets equivalents.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong understanding of trading platforms, margin trading, leverage, and risk management.

Fluency in English.
-
Familiarity with all regulations and financial market compliance is a plus.

Hands on experience in using CRM systems, trading platforms (CRM,MT4,MT5), and lead management tools.
