Position Summary:

Universal Digital Health Care (UDHC), on behalf of American TelePhysicians (ATP), is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager based in Lahore, Pakistan. The BDM will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities to expand telehealth services and digital health platforms across Pakistan and international markets.

This role requires strategic thinking, relationship building, and a deep understanding of the healthcare and digital health landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Identify, target, and develop new client relationships within hospitals, health systems, post-acute care facilities, and physician groups for NeuroX’s tele-neurology and ATP’s telemedicine solutions.

  • Strategic Partnerships:

Build and manage strategic alliances with healthcare organizations, technology partners, and referral networks to expand service reach and market presence.

  • Sales Cycle Management:

Lead the entire sales process from prospecting, needs assessment, solution presentation, pricing negotiations, to contract closure.

  • Market Research:

Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and market needs to develop effective sales strategies and identify growth opportunities for both NeuroX and ATP.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner with clinical, operations, IT, and marketing teams to design tailored telehealth solutions that meet client-specific needs.

  • CRM & Reporting:

Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, client communications, and activity reports in the CRM. Provide regular forecasting and performance updates to leadership.

  • Brand Advocacy:

Represent NeuroX and ATP at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote the organizations’ capabilities and expand market awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 3-5 years of proven success in healthcare business development, preferably in telehealth, digital health, or hospital sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system, telemedicine regulations, and virtual care models.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop C-suite relationships and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
