Job Description


As a Business Development Manager at The Adecco Group, your responsibilities will include:


  • Client Acquisition & Growth: Proactively identify and onboard new clients while unlocking growth through smart cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Strategic Account Management: Design and execute tailored strategies for multinational clients across multiple industries and regions in Türkiye.
  • Solution-Focused Project Delivery: Understand client needs, lead project-based solutions, and own the full sales cycle from forecasting and tenders to business reviews.
  • Communication that Drives Results: Leverage strong communication and negotiation skills to build trust, close deals, and drive long-term value for both clients and teams.
  • Global-Local Bridge: Coordinate between global and local Adecco teams to align strategies, manage timelines, and ensure flawless execution of international projects.


Qualifications


  • Excellent command of English
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience (industry background is a plus)
  • Strong commercial acumen with a customer-focused, opportunity-driven mindset
  • Proven analytical skills and KPI-driven business management approach
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and collaborative team player
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
