About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This strategic role will focus on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, expanding market presence, forging key partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with strategic thinking to contribute significantly to the company's expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing key hospitality accounts across hotels, F&B groups, and distributors.
• Identifying new business opportunities and driving growth in assigned territories.
• Presenting Smucci’s product collections and sustainability solutions to clients.
• Coordinating with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and client deliveries.
• Representing Smucci at hospitality events and exhibitions.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• ⁠Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• ⁠⁠Prepare and present business proposals.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the UAE hospitality industry.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to pitch independently and manage client relationships confidently.
• Passion for sustainability and premium product presentation.

Training & Support

All new team members will undergo product and system training, gaining full knowledge of Smucci’s collections and client approach.
