Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Development & Acquisition

Identify, target, and secure new B2B opportunities across corporate gifting, hospitality, premium retailers, and strategic brand collaborations.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.

Conduct market mapping to identify high-potential partnership categories.
2. Relationship Management

Nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring exceptional service and a premium brand experience.

Serve as the main point of contact for B2B clients, managing inquiries, negotiations, and ongoing account needs.

Host and attend client meetings, events, and activations to strengthen relationships.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth

Develop tailored proposals and commercial offers that reflect the brand’s value and pricing integrity.

Deliver against monthly and annual sales targets.

Track performance and share frequent activity reports, forecasts, and insights with leadership.
4. Brand Representation

Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all B2B touchpoints uphold luxury standards.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design B2B-focused materials, samples, and presentations.

Support premium events, pop-ups, and experiential initiatives that enhance brand visibility among corporate clients.
Market & Competitor Insight

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the luxury and retail landscape.

Provide feedback to leadership teams to support product development and innovation.
Skills & Experience
Essential:

4-7 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally within luxury retail, FMCG, hospitality, or premium consumer goods.

Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing senior-level relationships.

Strong commercial acumen with confident negotiation and presentation skills.

Excellent communication—verbal, written, and interpersonal.

Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:

Experience working with luxury brands or premium gifting portfolios.

Existing network of corporate, hospitality, or retail contacts in the region.

Understanding of regional luxury consumer trends (if Middle East role: strong GCC market knowledge).
