Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Channel Relations Manager to drive sales growth through strong channel partnerships. This role acts as the primary link between the company and channel partners, ensuring performance, alignment, and sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales performance
• Onboard and train brokers to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness
• Analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and prepare forecasts
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Resolve partner issues and ensure target achievement
• Evaluate partner performance and provide actionable feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-management skills
• Driver's License
