Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, online research, and industry connections.

Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, corporate clients, and key decision-makers.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase solutions and offerings.

Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and emerging industry trends.

Maintain strong long-term client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
Customer Engagement & In-Store Sales

Welcome and engage walk-in customers with a professional, consultative approach.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture/interior solutions.

Provide accurate details on products, pricing, and customization options.

Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth and satisfactory purchase experience.

Support sales transactions and encourage repeat business through excellent service.
Operations & Coordination

Collaborate with internal design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain organized product displays, updated inventory, and a well-presented sales floor.

Track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions through CRM tools.

Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to increase visibility.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred; relevant diplomas with solid experience are also considered.

5-10 years of proven sales experience, ideally in office furniture, interior solutions, or home décor retail.

Strong background in new business development, relationship management, and deal closure.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and industry networking.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic POS systems.
