Position: Business Development Manager (IT Sales)
Location: Islamabad (On-site)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexibility required beyond office hours)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT sales to drive new business growth, manage key client relationships, and support long-term business retention. The ideal candidate will have solid exposure to B2B and B2C sales, particularly in cybersecurity solutions, and the ability to manage the complete sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business from end customers (B2B & B2C)
- Build, manage, and retain long-term client relationships
- Ensure business retention through proactive engagement and follow-ups
- Maintain a maximum response time of 4 hours for clients and leads
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing, solutions, and delivery timelines
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Coordinate product demos and track demo-to-conversion outcomes
- Follow up on purchase orders, renewals (if applicable), and payment coordination
- Maintain accurate reporting of leads, demos, conversions, and revenue
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales commitments
- Remain flexible to work beyond office hours when business needs require
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of IT sales experience
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales models
- Hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity solutions
- Proven ability to close deals and manage enterprise-level clients
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in vendor management and solution sourcing
- Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously with attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
