Business Development Manager – Home Care / Post-Acute Partnerships
OTE: $80,000–$100,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)
Needham, MA | Field-based

BrightStar Care of Needham / Brookline is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow referral partnerships across Greater Boston and MetroWest. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role for someone with proven sales performance and experience working with discharge planners, post-acute care partners, or senior care organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build referral relationships with discharge planners, case managers, hospitals, SNFs, assisted living, and senior living communities
  • Educate partners on home care, skilled nursing, post-acute care, and aging-in-place services
  • Execute a structured weekly outreach plan with clear activity targets
  • Track referrals and activity using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to ensure smooth care transitions

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary
  • Uncapped commission tied to new business growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales, business development, or outreach experience
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding goals
  • Experience in home care, senior care, home health, hospice, post-acute, or healthcare-adjacent services
  • Experience working with discharge planners or care coordinators preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Located within commutable distance of Needham, MA
