Business Development Manager – Interior Fit-Out

Location: Dubai
Experience: Minimum 2 years UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Manager with hands-on experience in UAE’s interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate must have strong sales skills, the ability to conduct site visits, take accurate measurements, and close interior fit-out and renovation projects. This role requires excellent client handling, coordination with internal teams, and consistent achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and close sales for interior fit-out and renovation projects
• Conduct site visits, take precise measurements, and assess site conditions
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams to ensure accurate proposals
• Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations and project proposals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable fit-out solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and property managers
• Ensure smooth project handover from sales to execution teams
• Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out or interior contracting sales
• Mandatory experience in site visits and taking measurements
• Ability to read and understand drawings, layouts, and basic BOQs
• Proven track record of closing projects
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• UAE driving license preferred
