Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our business through multiple channels, including Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, email marketing, and direct client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to generate leads and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates for management.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Experience with freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr) and B2B lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of software products and IT services is a plus.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
