Role Overview (Only Hiring Freshers)

As the Business Development Manager , you will drive revenue and market reach for Solarclue . This high-impact role involves sourcing new B2B clients , forging strategic partnerships, and expanding channel sales, all while coordinating with marketing and operations to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and engage new B2B segments: SMEs, corporates, institutions, consultants.
  • Attend trade shows, network events, and client visits to generate leads.
  • Build relationships with fire safety consultants, contractors, distributors, and resellers.
  • Set and achieve quarterly sales targets
  • Manage leads using CRM, track follow-ups, quotes, and closures.
  • Key Requirements
  • Experience: Fresher - 6 months in B2B business development—preferably in safety equipment, industrial goods, e-commerce, or related sectors.
  • Especially hiring MBA Marketing Students .
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong analytical and strategic mindset.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales channels.
  • Traits: Self-driven, independent, capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments.
  • Base Salary package : Starting 20000-45000 based on your interview performance
