Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for Artistic Business Solutions – Artistic QA within Qatar and the wider region.
The role is highly sales-driven and focuses on:
- AI-powered solutions
- Augmented, Virtual & Mixed Reality applications
- Immersive training and experiential solutions
- Event management, activations, and experiential builds
- Design, supply, installation, and operation of LED screens (indoor, outdoor, fixed & temporary)
The ideal candidate must have proven business development experience in Qatar, strong decision-maker relationships, and a track record of closing high-value technology, events, and visual solution contracts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales (Core Responsibility)
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across AI, AR/VR/MR, immersive solutions, events, and LED display projects.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with clear KPIs and conversion targets.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Leverage existing client relationships to generate immediate and recurring business.
- Convert concepts, demos, and pilot projects into long-term contracts and framework agreements.

2. AI & Immersive Technology Solutions (AR / VR / MR)
- Drive sales of AI-powered solutions and immersive technologies, including:
- AR/VR/MR training solutions
- Simulation and digital twin solutions
- Immersive learning for education, healthcare, defense, oil & gas, aviation, and industrial sectors
- Interactive experiences for museums, exhibitions, and brand activations
- Understand client challenges and position AI & immersive technology as business-critical solutions, not just visual tools.
- Coordinate with technical teams and partners to develop customized solutions, proposals, and demonstrations.
- Support solution design, scoping, pricing, and delivery planning.

3. Event Management & Experiential Solutions
- Secure projects related to:
- Corporate events
- Exhibitions and trade shows
- Brand activations and product launches
- Government, semi-government, and large-scale public events
- Work closely with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure feasibility and successful execution.
- Drive repeat business and long-term client relationships through exceptional delivery and service quality.

4. LED Display Solutions (Indoor & Outdoor)
- Drive sales for:
- Indoor and outdoor LED screens
- Fixed installations and rental solutions
- Temporary event-based LED setups
- Control rooms, command centers, retail, hospitality, and large venues
- Identify opportunities in stadiums, malls, public spaces, government projects, exhibitions, and entertainment venues.
- Coordinate technical specifications, site surveys, installation requirements, and commercial proposals.
- Ensure profitability while maintaining competitive pricing and high technical standards.

5. Client Relationship & Strategic Networking
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with:
- Government and semi-government entities
- Corporations and large enterprises
- Event organizers and production companies
- Consultants, architects, and system integrators
- Developers, venue owners, and operators
- Represent Artistic QA in client meetings, presentations, demos, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Strengthen the company’s brand presence as a leader in AI, immersive technology, and experiential solutions.

6. Proposals, Tenders & Commercial Negotiation
- Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award.
- Prepare and manage:
- Proposals
- RFPs, RFQs, and tenders
- Technical and commercial submissions
- Coordinate internally for:
- Solution design
- Costing and pricing
- Resource planning and timelines
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure sustainable margins and long-term partnerships.

7. Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy
- Maintain deep knowledge of:
- Qatar’s AI, immersive technology, event, and AV markets
- Competitor offerings and pricing trends
- Client expectations and emerging technologies
- Identify upcoming projects, government initiatives, and mega-events.
- Provide management with:
- Market insights
- Sales forecasts
- Business development reports
- Strategic growth recommendations

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of proven business development experience in Qatar.
- Demonstrated success in closing:
- Technology solutions
- AR/VR/MR projects
- Events and experiential solutions
- LED or AV-related projects
- Strong existing network within Qatar (government, corporate, events, and technology sectors).
- Solid understanding of:
- AI and immersive technology use cases
- Project-based pricing and solution selling
- Event and installation-based business models
- Experience working with both technical and creative teams.
- Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
