Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads and convert them into clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Maintain sales records and reports using CRM tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• Proven experience in business development or sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented approach
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
