Job Title: Business Development Manager – Auditing & Advisory

About the Role:
We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth for our auditing firm. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with SMEs and corporate clients, and generate revenue for our Audit, Accounting, and Tax (VAT/Corporate Tax) services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Source potential clients through cold calling, networking, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Client Engagement: Arrange and attend meetings with business owners and finance managers to showcase our auditing and advisory services.
• Sales Management: Handle the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and signing engagement letters.
• Market Intelligence: Keep up-to-date with UAE regulatory changes (Corporate Tax, ESR, AML) to offer relevant solutions.
• Networking: Represent the firm at business councils, trade exhibitions, and networking events in Dubai.
• Collaboration: Partner with Audit Partners to prepare proposals, presentations, and fee quotes.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance/Accounting.
• Experience: 1–3 years in Sales or Business Development in the UAE, preferably within auditing, accounting, or corporate services.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Audit, VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax preferred.
• Skills: Excellent English communication and negotiation skills; fluency in Hindi/Urdu or other regional languages is a plus.
• Attributes: Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Bonus: Valid UAE driving license with own car; existing network of SME clients in Dubai.
