We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing / Business Development Manager with proven experience in mobile app marketing to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships. This is a remote, contract-based role ideal for a self-motivated professional who understands the mobile app ecosystem and can independently generate and close business opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for mobile app marketing services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with startups, SMEs, and enterprises.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing models, and contracts aligned with client needs.

Marketing & Growth

  • Promote mobile app marketing services including ASO, paid user acquisition, app growth strategies, and retention campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to position offerings effectively in the market.
  • Identify new market opportunities, niches, and partnership channels.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging mobile marketing practices.

Strategy & Reporting

  • Define go-to-market strategies for mobile app marketing services.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and performance reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates and client ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in mobile apps, SaaS, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app marketing, user acquisition, ASO, and growth funnels.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely with global clients and flexible time zones.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network in the mobile app, startup, or tech ecosystem.
  • Experience selling marketing services, app development, or digital solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and performance tracking metrics.
