Business Development Manager

Role Overview:
Aspen Group is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive new project opportunities for Aspen Design and Aspen Modular. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and securing projects in hospitality, retail, experiential environments, and modular construction. You will develop relationships with key stakeholders, influence project decisions, and position Aspen to win work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and develop new project opportunities across both business units
• Engage stakeholders: developers, operators, consultants, government entities
• Manage BD pipeline and qualify opportunities for strategic and commercial fit
• Support proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations

Candidate Profile:

• 10–15 years’ BD experience in theming, design & build, modular construction, or specialist contracting
• Strong UAE market knowledge and existing network in relevant sectors
• Commercially savvy, relationship-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
• Confident engaging senior decision-makers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
