Location: Dubai / UAE

Salary: AED 3,000 – 7,000 (Commensurate with experience) + Uncapped Commission

CGS – Caribbean Global Shipping LLC is a rapidly expanding logistics provider. We are seeking a high-caliber Business Development Manager with 3 to 7 years of UAE-specific experience. Core Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: Identify and capture new business opportunities across Sea, Air, and Land transport sectors.
• Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain high-value relationships with shippers, consignees, and global agents.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, manage freight rates, and deliver winning professional proposals.
• Market Leadership: Analyze competitor trends and market shifts to position CGS as a preferred logistics partner.
• Operational Synergy: Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure flawless shipment execution.
• Performance: Consistently meet and exceed monthly/annual sales KPIs.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 3–8 years of proven sales success within the UAE Freight & Logistics market (Mandatory).
• Expertise: Deep understanding of local/international import-export regulations and global supply chain dynamics.
• Network: A strong existing portfolio or the proven ability to build a high-conversion customer database.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, high-impact presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Attributes: A self-motivated "hunter" mindset with the ability to lead projects independently or thrive in a team.
