Role Overview

We are seeking Head of Operations/ Business Development Manager with proven experience in scaling online platforms, preferably in EdTech, digital marketplaces, SaaS, or learning ecosystems.

The role focuses on platform growth, strategic partnerships, revenue models, institutional collaborations, and expansion strategies aligned with Hope to Skill.

You will work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to drive user growth, revenue, partnerships, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Growth & Strategy

* Develop and execute growth strategies for user acquisition, retention, and engagement

* Analyze platform performance, KPIs, funnels, and conversion metrics

* Identify new growth channels (B2C, B2B, partnerships, institutions, corporate clients)

Business Development

* Build and manage strategic partnerships (corporates, institutions, trainers, vendors)

* Identify new revenue streams and monetization opportunities

* Lead negotiations, proposals, and deal closures

* Develop long-term business expansion plans

Operations & Execution

* Oversee day-to-day operations of the online platform

* Improve internal processes, workflows, and systems for scale

* Coordinate with marketing, tech, content, and support teams

* Ensure smooth onboarding of users, partners, and instructors

Team & Stakeholder Management

* Manage and mentor internal teams or vendors

* Work directly with founders on planning and execution

* Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance insights

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)

* 3–7 years of experience in operations, business development, or growth roles

* Proven experience scaling an online platform, startup, or digital product

* Strong understanding of digital growth, funnels, and performance metrics

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

* Strategic thinker with strong execution capability

Preferred Experience

* Experience in EdTech, SaaS, marketplaces, or digital platforms

* Exposure to B2B partnerships and institutional sales

* Familiarity with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and growth tools

* Startup or high-growth environment experience

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
