Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager/ Territory Sales Manager to expand our market presence and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in food service, dairy, or frozen products—particularly cheese—and a strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets
• Manage, retain, and grow existing client accounts
• Promote and sell food service, dairy, and frozen product lines
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and visits
• Communicate product features, pricing, and value propositions effectively

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
• Proven background in Food Service, Dairy Products, Frozen Products, or Cheese (preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
• Strong ability to meet sales targets and work independently
• Must have a mobile phone for professional communication and to use Company's ERP system
• Candidates must have own conveyance for mobilization
