Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Manager with strong UAE market experience to drive company growth, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales, negotiation, and market expansion skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market
  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years UAE experience in Business Development / Sales
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Strong client network in the UAE market preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
