Business Development Manager

Role Overview Developing plans, targets and acquiring clients for business & revenue growth. Generate, Evaluate and successfully conclude new business/ opportunities for the company in line with the overall commercial strategy of the business. Main Responsibilities · Familiarizing with the ARGAN Bedaya Business model & studying the market to identify, attract & acquire suitable clients and revenue making opportunities. · Explore and identify new business opportunities. · Preliminary assessment and approval on new opportunities. · Developing presentations & coordinating with the marketing team for creating content & materials that can be presented to prospective clients for attracting business opportunities and partnerships. · Identifying and meeting with key contact people from various businesses for the purpose of attaining sponsorships. · Attaining various partnerships with other businesses that will provide employee benefits / discounts. · Identify, implement and maintain best practices in relation to business development. · Maintain effective communication with Senior Management ensuring that compiled reports are submitted as per management requirements. · Actively promote a positive image of ARGAN Bedaya. · Training of Sales team and collaborating with them to drive sales. · Determine client expectations to ensure the delivery of a quality service. · Periodic review and update of strategy and business plan (annually). · Coordinate with the Marketing team in the implementation of marketing strategies/campaigns and events. · Monitor and track trends in customers’ needs/interests and provide relevant reports in order to develop/expand relevant programs/classes. · Developing quotes & proposals for prospective clients. · Negotiate prices for partnership opportunities. · Creating a strong presence of the business in the market by attending various conferences and events. · Analyse the competitive environment, map competitive offers & price point, identify industry and macro-economic trends, define threats and opportunities, and gather actionable data and metrics around business line performance. · Ensure ethical standards are maintained in all business relations and networking. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field MBA or professional certifications are an added advantage Experience Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets Experience in contract negotiation, deal structuring, and client acquisition
