Business Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and results-driven Business development manager to spearhead the growth of the B.Bindi/WPI sales wing within our Bengaluru operations. The role involves driving revenue through either E-commerce platforms or In-person Retail channels to support the Climate Smart Community (CSC) initiative across all geographies. Candidates must be prepared for full-time, in-person engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales operations and growth for the B.Bindi program across all assigned geographies.
• Manage E-commerce sales channels (for Online role) or In-person Retail sales (for Offline role) to meet organizational targets.
• Collaborate with the Program Lead to align sales strategies with the Climate Smart Community mission.
• Maintain accurate sales records, performance reports, and customer documentation.
• Identify market trends and troubleshoot process-related issues to recommend improvements in the sales funnel.
• Ensure all sales activities adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and program guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven track record in high-growth sales environments (5–10 years experience).
• Strong hands-on experience in either digital marketplace management or physical retail operations.
• Deep understanding of community-based programs or sustainable product sales (preferred).
• Ability to interpret sales data, market drawings, and follow program SOPs.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality of service and brand representation.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial field.
• Mandatory experience in managing end-to-end sales cycles for consumer- facing programs.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent professional fields.

Salary:

• Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and work experience, in line with internal policy.

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
