Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and target potential clients (local and international)
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms
- Attend business meetings, events, and conferences
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Present IT services (software development, web/mobile apps, etc.)
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
3. Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and business challenges
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and technical teams
4. Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends and competitors
- Identify new business opportunities
- Suggest new services or solutions based on market demand
5. Partnership & Alliances
- Develop partnerships with vendors, resellers, and technology partners
- Manage strategic alliances
- Explore joint ventures and outsourcing opportunities
6. Proposal & Tender Management
- Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with technical teams for accurate solutions
7. Account Management & Upselling
- Manage key client accounts
- Cross-sell and upsell additional IT services
- Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
8. Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain client data in CRM systems
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
- Track pipeline and conversion rates
9. Branding & Representation
- Represent the company professionally
- Promote company services at events and online
- Strengthen brand presence in the IT market
