Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with strong exposure to the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, increasing revenue, and expanding the company’s presence in upstream, midstream, and downstream markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and presentations.
• Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
• Attend industry networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of proven business development experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
• Experience handling EPC contractors, NOCs, and service companies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
• Willingness to travel as required and must have valid GCC Driving License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
