Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager with deep expertise in aluminium aerosol monobloc can manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to FMCG, personal care, pharmaceutical, industrial, and home care segments, with proven experience in managing large-volume B2B accounts and long-term supply contracts.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities through market research and analysis to drive company growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with company objectives and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that effectively promote products and services.

Desired candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred for advanced strategic insight.
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in a competitive industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track progress and optimize sales strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of aluminium monobloc aerosol can manufacturing process (impact extrusion).
  • Understanding of internal lacquering, external coating, printing, and necking processes.
  • Familiarity with aerosol valve compatibility and filling line requirements.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards for pharma and cosmetic packaging
