Business Development Manager

Job Overview
This is not a desk sales job. This is relationship-driven business development in a high-trust, high-responsibility environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Win new contracts with casinos and gaming operators
  • Build direct relationships with banks and financial institutions
  • Approach high-cash businesses (luxury retail, jewelry, gold, art)
  • Develop and manage your own pipeline
  • Conduct in-person meetings with decision-makers
  • Understand and communicate security, compliance, and operational processes
  • Represent Gloval with confidence and professionalism
  • You will operate independently. No micromanagement.

Who We’re Looking For

Ideal backgrounds:

  • Former competitive athletes
  • Engineering, STEM, philosophy, economics backgrounds
  • Military or law enforcement experience
  • Apprenticeship-based professionals with strong discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of professional work experience

You do not need a university degree.

You must be:

  • Outgoing and confident in high-level environments
  • Comfortable approaching senior decision-makers
  • Structured and disciplined
  • Persistent under rejection
  • Self-motivated and accountable
  • Based in Miami
