Job Opening: Outdoor Sales Executive – Interior Fit-out

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Fit-out Sales Executive to join our team. This isn't just a "sales" role—we need a closer who understands the technical side of Dubai’s fit-out landscape, from the first "hello" to the final handover.

The Role & Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and convert leads for office, retail, and commercial fit-out projects.

Digital Outreach: Leverage social media advertising (LinkedIn, Instagram, FB) to generate high-quality B2B, B2C leads and showcase our portfolio.

Project Handling: Manage the end-to-end client journey, ensuring smooth handovers between the client and our site teams.

Technical Coordination: Liaise with designers to ensure project feasibility.

Quotations: Thorough understanding of client budgets, seelable price and competitor price. Also thorough knowledge of cost estimates and commercial proposals.

Authority Liaison: Guide clients through the complex approval processes (DM, DCD, DDA, Concordia, etc.).

What We Are Looking For

Local Expertise: Proven experience in the UAE Fit-out market with clientels with a minimum of 1M or 1M plus budgets.

Marketing Edge: Solid experience in running social media ad campaigns to find commercial clients.

Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Communication: Sharp negotiation skills and the ability to build immediate rapport with corporate clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
